A healthcare institution in Kettering is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to support registered nurses in delivering compassionate care. Candidates must have an NVQ Level 3 qualification and be willing to work a 24/7 rota. The role includes delivering clinical care and ensuring high standards of patient support. You should be prepared to work as part of a 24/7 rota. You will play an integral role within the nursing team, providing essential support to registered staff in delivering high-quality, individualised, and compassionate care to patients. You will be responsible for delivering personal and clinical care to a high standard, including undertaking clinical observations and carrying out delegated interventions as directed by a registered practitioner, in line with your skills, training, and competencies.
