Job summary

All Care Services is recruiting a Care Assistant to deliver person-centred home care across the Henley-on-Thames area. You will support older adults to regain independence in their own homes, with full training provided and opportunities for progression.

The role requires driving with a Full UK licence, your own vehicle and business insurance. Shifts include AM/PM and alternate weekends, with a supportive team and guaranteed hours across full-time or part-time contracts.

About the Role

Compensation and Working Conditions

Salary: £15.61 per hour. Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.

Guaranteed hours: Permanent contracts for full-time and part-time roles

Consistent shift patterns: 07:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 or 07:00-22:00, working alternate weekends

Across Abingdon, Didcot, Wallingford, Oxford, Henley-on-Thames and surrounding areas.
