Job summary

The Wellington Hospital in London, part of HCA Healthcare UK, is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for the Medical & Surgical Ward. This full-time role (37.5 hours) covers day, night and weekend shifts, supporting patients and the nursing team in a 14-bed ward.

You will assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition and observations, maintain a safe ward environment and contribute to compassionate care. We offer progression in a large private group with flexible benefits.

As a Healthcare Assistant in the Medical & Surgical Ward, you'll play an important role in supporting patients and the wider nursing team throughout the inpatient journey. You'll assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, observations and other day-to-day patient needs while helping to maintain a safe, comfortable and supportive ward environment.
