Personal Care

• Assisting patients with bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding
• Helping patients move around (e.g., repositioning in bed, using hoists or walking aids)
• Supporting patient hygiene and comfort

Clinical Support

• Taking and recording vital signs: temperature, pulse, respiration rate, and blood pressure
• Assisting with wound care, specimen collection, and basic medical observations
• Preparing and maintaining equipment for clinical procedures

Emotional and Social Support

• Offering companionship and reassurance
• Supporting patients with dementia, mental health issues, or terminal illnesses
• Helping patients maintain independence and dignity

Administrative Tasks

• Updating patient records accurately
• Escorting patients to and from wards or appointments
• Stocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness
