• Valid Right to Work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service required.
• Care Certificate is necessary.
• Training in Moving & Handling must be up to date or completed within 1 week.
• BILD Certified PMVA Training required or must be completed within 1 week.

Healthcare Assistant (HCA) – Ongoing Agency Shifts

We are currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to cover ongoing agency shifts across established mental health and care settings in Ledbury, Wellington, and Exeter.

Locations

• Stanley House, Ledbury (Neurological Care Site)
• Wellesley Hospital, Wellington (TA21)
• Pinhoe View, Exeter (EX1)

Pay Rates (Including Holiday Pay)

• Weekday Days: £13.68 per hour
• Weekday Nights & Saturdays: £13.68 per hour
• Sundays: £14.57 per hour
• Bank Holidays: £18.49 per hour
• Please note: Pay rates for Stanley House, Ledbury may differ due to it being a specialist neurological care setting.

Shift Patterns

• Day & Night Shifts
• Weekday & Weekend availability
• Ongoing weekly bookings

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months UK experience as a Healthcare Assistant
• Valid Right to Work in the UK (NO sponsorship available)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (If not in place, must be willing to apply and fund DBS immediately)
• Care Certificate
• Practical Moving & Handling Training (If not in date, must be willing to complete within 1 week at own cost)
• 3 Day BILD Certified PMVA Training (If not held, must be willing to complete within 1 week at own cost)
• Mandatory Online Training Certificates (or willingness to complete promptly)
• Ability to commit to reliable and regular shifts
