- Provide exceptional care and support to clients in High Wycombe, Bucks, Marlow and Aylesbury (to include helping with mobility, transfers and repositioning to ensure comfort and safety.
- Work flexible shifts, ranging from a minimum of 7 hours to a maximum of 14 hours.
- Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in the field of care.
How we will support you
- Collaborate with a supportive team and receive ongoing training, webinars, and NVQ training up to Level 5.
- Must have up-to-date mandatory care training
- Must hold a valid enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)
- Proven experience in a care home (UK) is essential
