Qualifications

• At least 6 months’ experience working as a Healthcare Assistant in nursing, care or residential homes.
• The right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Up-to-date vaccinations/immunity records.
• Enhanced DBS check registered on the update service.
• Mandatory training aligned with Skills for Health UK CSTF standards.
• Two clinical references covering at least a year.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with compassionate and supportive personal care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment during their stay.
• Assist with therapy, exercise, and daily activities of living.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams and management staff.
