Job Purpose

The role of a Health Care Assistant is helping our residents to live full, happy, and healthy lives by delivering person-centred care, meaningful activities, support, and companionship. Pay Scale

• £12.21 per hour
• £15.26 per hour (Weekend Rate)
• £24.42 per hour (Bank Holidays)

Higher rate for Care Certificate (We will support you if not yet achieved).

• £16.03 per hour (Weekend Rate)
• £25.64 per hour (Bank Holidays)
