  • Promoting independence and providing emotional support.

Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our growing team. You will be working in residential and/or nursing home settings, supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily needs and ensuring their comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting with mobility and transfers, including using hoists and other equipment
  • Monitoring and recording observations, such as fluid intake, temperature, and behavior
  • Promoting independence and providing emotional support
  • Assisting with mealtimes and nutrition needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns to senior staff
  • Working effectively as part of a team and following care plans
