Job Title: Healthcare Assessor

Location: Sunderland

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: up to 27,500 including on call plus bonus

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Is passionate about putting people first
  • Has at least 1 year of experience working in community care
  • Has good organisational and time management skills
  • Has a good understanding of CQC regulations
  • Has superb communication skills to build relationships with clients and their care team
  • Would benefit from an NVQ in Health and Social Care
  • Has a full valid UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle
Responsibilities
  • Developing care plans and risk assessments
  • Overseeing the safe administration of medicines
  • Undertaking observations, spot checks and Quality Assurance
  • Completing and updating care records on in-house systems
  • Assisting the Registered Manager to deliver a high-quality care service
  • Manage on-call duties on a rotating basis

Your typical day to day will include completing and updating care records, overseeing care delivery, and supporting the care team to ensure high-quality service.
