Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking an Architectural Technologist (Healthcare-sector) to join a growing Manchester team. The role focuses on healthcare projects and uses REVIT as the primary tool, with ongoing training offered to develop expertise in this area.

The ideal candidate will have 2–10 years in an architectural studio, experience in healthcare or related sectors, and solid UK building regs knowledge. Hybrid/flexible working and a modern office are provided.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years' experience in an architectural studio or similar environment.
• Healthcare-sector experience or interest is desirable.
• Proven experience using AutoCAD and REVIT.
• Good knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Join a Healthcare-sector team within a UK-wide growing practice.
• Contribute to healthcare project delivery using REVIT and AutoCAD.
• Support ongoing expansion plans with accurate technical detailing.
