Responsibilities

  • Liaise with staff/departments for administrative support.
  • Deal with queries maintaining a courteous manner.
  • Use of various computer systems for patient information.
  • Processing and recording information for statistics.
  • Administer waiting lists and referrals.
  • Schedule appointments for clinical capacity.
  • Book patient movement requests and related services.
  • Maintain medical records filing systems.
  • Typing reports, letters, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist with training of new administrative staff.
