Job summary

Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital is seeking an experienced Business Administration Manager to lead the hospital's administrative teams, drive data quality and ensure robust financial administration processes.

You will oversee patient and financial data capture, invoicing, and consultant payments, collaborating with the Finance Performance Manager and senior leaders to deliver accurate, timely information and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hospital admin teams and driving data quality.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage financial administration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital business administration teams.
• Champion data quality and timely capture of patient and financial information.
• Act as primary liaison between hospital and FPM.
• Ensure chargeable activities are captured, validated, and invoiced on time.
• Manage consultant fee validation and self-pay pricing information.
• Oversee invoicing queries with excellent customer service.
• Monitor KPIs and audits to identify data quality issues.
• Drive continuous process improvement and ensure SOP compliance.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the hospital.
