Role Responsibilities
  • Annotate and evaluate AI-generated outputs in healthcare and administration using proprietary software.
  • Deliver curated, high-quality data for projects involving patient care coordination, billing, and operational workflows.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and improve annotation tools and task structures.
  • Support the development and training of new AI systems through expert feedback and analysis.
  • Analyze complex administrative and healthcare problems to improve AI model accuracy.
  • Interpret and execute evolving task instructions with precision, consistency, and adaptability.
Qualifications
Must-Have
  • Professional experience in healthcare administration or related fields.
  • Strong proficiency in written and verbal English.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions with limited data.
  • Deep interest in innovation and technological progress within healthcare operations.
Preferred
  • Relevant certification such as Certified Medical Manager (CMM) or Certified Professional in Healthcare Management (CPHM).
  • Experience mentoring or training others in healthcare administration.
  • Familiarity with AI model training or data annotation workflows.
  • Comfort participating in text, audio, or video-based data collection.
