We\'re seeking a strategic wellness professional who can serve as client-dedicated partner for a high-profile England-based client. As our Health & Wellbeing Program Manager, you\'ll design and deliver comprehensive strategic wellbeing plans that build health cultures, enhance engagement, and drive behavior change through awareness and activation across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.

  • Global impact: Lead program launch supporting international population while working across multiple time zones with 10-15% travel to other countries
  • Client integration: Work side by side with account leadership and client\'s HR, benefits, and stakeholder teams as integrated partner and face of wellbeing
  • Cultural expertise: Navigate diverse global population needs while understanding cultural nuances and adapting programs accordingly
  • Platform mastery: Serve as Personify Health platform expert with deep customization knowledge and ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations
What You\'ll Actually Do

Design strategic wellness: Provide direction and subject matter expertise in defining, designing, developing, communicating, and executing comprehensive health and wellbeing strategy.

Execute project excellence: Utilize project management skills to develop and deliver health and wellbeing programs according to timeline and budget while monitoring measurements and participant feedback.

Build health culture: Partner with client leadership, stakeholders, and internal groups including Diversity & Inclusion and Employee Resource Groups to foster culture of health.

Lead platform expertise: Master Personify Health platform customization while delivering product demos to drive enrollment and engagement across diverse populations.

Manage champion networks: Launch and lead Wellness Champion Network while implementing health promotion programs including screenings, flu shots, and open enrollment events.

Drive data insights: Conduct regular data assessment and reporting to internal and external stakeholders, defining opportunities, tracking impact, and determining strategic next steps.

Qualifications

The educational foundation:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in health promotion or related health field (public health, community health, nutrition, exercise physiology)
  • Master\'s degree in Public Health or related field preferred
  • Public health certification (CHES, NWI, Chapman Institute) preferred

The wellness expertise:

  • 5+ years experience in health and wellbeing fields
  • 5+ years corporate environment experience preferred
  • Experience with incentive programs and working knowledge of Personify Health platform preferred
  • Health plan experience preferred

  • Project management mastery: Skilled at managing tasks, timelines, and cross-departmental collaboration for successful project execution
  • Technical acumen: Strong ability to learn new systems and tools quickly with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Global mindset: Confidence working with potentially global population while understanding cultural nuances and adapting programs for diverse needs
  • Communication excellence: Outstanding written and interpersonal skills with ability to create impactful, engaging content and deliver presentations to all organizational levels including C-Suite
  • Business acumen: Ability to operate successfully in matrixed environment while navigating client business needs alongside Personify Health objectives
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: Self-starter with naturally curious mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
