Job summary

Care UK is seeking a compassionate Wellbeing Coordinator for our Greater London care home. You will plan and deliver engaging activities that support residents' physical, social and emotional wellbeing, creating a warm, inclusive atmosphere where everyone can thrive.

In this role you’ll collaborate with care teams, tailor plans to individual needs, and monitor resident engagement to continuously improve the daily quality of life for those we passionately care about.
