A leading healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Health Visitor Team Lead to manage operational aspects of the Health Visiting Service. This role involves providing clinical leadership, shaping high-quality family-centred services, and ensuring effective delivery of the Healthy Child Programme. Ideal candidates will be qualified Specialist Public Health Nurses and will play a key role in improving community health outcomes.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated health visitor to provide strong clinical and operational leadership within Harrow’s Integrated 0–19 Service.
As Team Lead for the Health Visiting Service you will play a key role in shaping high-quality, family‑centred services, supporting a skilled multidisciplinary team, and ensuring safe, effective delivery of the Healthy Child Programme. This role is ideal for a dynamic practitioner who is passionate about improving outcomes for children, young people and families across the community.
In order to be eligible for this post, applicants must be a qualified Specialist Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) - Health Visiting.
