East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Health Visitor to join the Duty Team, supporting families with children aged 0-5 years as the first point of contact into the health visiting service.

You will work within an innovative 0-19 Early Help Integrated Service, triaging needs, providing guidance on child development and health concerns, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the Healthy Child Programme.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the duty team to ensure effective and efficient allocation of work across the wider service.
• Triage and allocation of incoming enquiries to ensure families receive the right support at the right time.
• Provide expert guidance to parents and carers on child development, health concerns, and family wellbeing.
• Attend virtual safeguarding meetings, assess risks, and contribute to care plans.
• Champion the Public Health agenda through the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme aimed at reducing inequalities and promoting the best start in life for every child.
