We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Health Visitor to join our Renfrewshire HSCP Children & Families Health Visiting Team. This post will be based within the Renfrew Team.
We are fully committed to the key ambition and aims of Getting It Right for Every Child (GIRFEC), to provide children and young people with the best possible start in life. Working as a Health Visitor within the Children and Families Health Visiting team you will provide a high quality, safe, and effective health visiting service in the community, working in collaboration with partner agencies. You will have overall responsibility for the supervision and management of a health visiting caseload, being accountable for the quality of care delivered through robust assessment, referral and communication processes and the implementation of evidence‑based practice interventions to address need. You should have in‑depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency and experience in health visiting, child protection and the GIRFEC/National practice model Framework. Renfrewshire HSCP provides team members with ongoing opportunities for continued learning and development.
