Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Limited is seeking a Health and Social Care Tutor for a Basildon on-site, full-time permanent role. The position offers a salary of £25,000 to £32,000 per annum, with 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

The tutor will deliver Health and Social Care lessons five days per week, monitor student progress, and develop curriculum materials to meet learner needs in a supportive team setting.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or above.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed) required.
• Experience in teaching Health and Social Care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Health and Social Care.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Develop and implement curriculum materials tailored to student needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
• Participate in professional development activities to improve teaching practices.
