The role involves collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality teaching, contribute to assessment, support student outcomes, and lead modules/course activities across campuses.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Health & Social Care or health-related field.
• UK teaching experience (minimum 3 years).
• Higher Education teaching qualification (PGCert, SFHEA, AFHEA, or FHEA).
• Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality education.
• Record of leading program development and pedagogy.

Responsibilities

• Manage student academic journey with accurate records and progression.
• Contribute to module and course leadership to maintain quality.
• Achieve attendance, pass rates, and retention targets.
• Contribute to assessment processes including marking and moderation.
• Design innovative resources including e-learning and blended learning.
• Act as personal academic tutor when required.
• Participate in teaching, learning, and quality assurance processes.
• Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in student experiences.
• Engage with external quality standards and campus collaboration.
• Carry out academic administration and attend relevant committees.
