Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health & Social Care or a health-related field.
• UK teaching experience minimum 3 years.
• Higher Education teaching qualification (PGCert, SFHEA, AFHEA, or FHEA).

Responsibilities

• Provide teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate levels with emphasis on learning and student experience.
• Lead module or course areas to maintain quality and academic excellence.
• Support attainment of OfS metrics and target outcomes.
• Maintain 90% attendance, 90% pass rates, 90% retention targets.
• Contribute to assessment processes including marking and moderation.
