KM Recruitment is recruiting for a Health and Social Care Assessor (Trainee or Qualified) to work on a home/field basis with travel across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. Starting salary £29,000 rising to £30,000 with a bonus and excellent benefits.

Full training and support will be given to trainee candidates to achieve a recognised Assessor award. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications

• Health and Social Care Level 5 qualification required.
• 3–5 years as Deputy Manager or Care/Registered Manager.
• Good ICT skills and ability to deliver Functional Skills.
• Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel across regions.

Responsabilités

• Assess and support learners pursuing Apprenticeship qualifications in Health and Social Care (up to Level 5).
• Deliver training and support learners with Functional Skills.
• Manage diary and ensure timely visits and reviews.
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners and overcome barriers to learning.
• Meet Assessor KPI's in timely visits, quality paperwork and admin.
• Assist with Learner Recruitment to maintain caseload.
