Job summary

HCA UK is seeking an experienced General Practitioner to perform corporate health screening in Chester. The role is face-to-face, part-time with a minimum of 4 sessions per week across Mon–Thu. It offers a structured workload, strong work‑life balance and a comprehensive benefits package.

Appointments range from 30–90 minutes, with GP slots at 15 minutes, and include basic procedures such as bloods, ECGs and smear tests, plus lifestyle medicine advice within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• GMC registration on the GP register is required ( Performer list not needed).
• Able to work autonomously and manage duties with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Good working knowledge of IT systems used in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide adult health screening assessments for corporate patients in Chester.
• Take bloods, ECGs and smear tests as part of screenings.
• Offer lifestyle medicine advice and preventive care guidance.

Role: Corporate Health Screening Doctor GP Chester

Town: Chester

Permanent: Face to face role

Salary: £9,800 per session

Part-Time: Minimum 4 sessions/2 days per week (across Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs)

We're looking for an experienced and talented General Practitioner to provide adult health screening assessments to corporate patients at our clinic at their prestigious offices in Chester.

Our patient cohort are generally the "working well". The role is busy, but very structured, giving our doctors an excellent work/life balance.

As a Health Screening Doctor in Chester you will join a friendly and supportive team and be given the time to care for your patients.

Appointment times vary from 30 minutes for a basic male screening and 45 minutes for a basic female screening, and up to 90 minutes for a more in-depth consultation. GP appointments are 15 minutes.

You will carry out some basic procedures such as taking bloods, ECG's and smear tests and have the opportunity to give lifestyle medicine advice. Your patients have instant referral access to leading specialists Consultants into world class facilities.

What you'll bring:

• Applicants must be GMC registered. You do not need to be on the performers list but do need to be on the GP register. (Do get in touch if you are not on the UK GP register but have practised as a GP in another country)
