Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the full training schedule for curriculum areas.
• Coordinate delivery with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Manage trainer allocation and source external suppliers.
• Monitor course performance with data-driven decisions.
• Negotiate venue bookings for cost-effective delivery.
• Provide expert advice to customers and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate financial records.
