Job Description

As Health, Safety, and Sustainable Development Manager, you report to the Legal Department and work within a team of 6 lawyers.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring legislative, regulatory, and internal policy compliance in health and safety;
• Developing and implementing health and safety programs and training;
• Managing sustainable development reporting, including data collection, analysis, and communication;
• Collaborating with various departments to promote sustainable development initiatives and continuous improvement;
• Monitoring and communicating key health, safety, and sustainable development indicators;
• Supporting audits and inspections related to compliance in health, safety, and environmental matters. This list is not exhaustive.

The Successful Applicant

You are a Health, Safety, and Sustainable Development Manager with at least 8 years of experience in a legal or compliance department.

You have proven experience in health and safety management and sustainable development reporting.

You are familiar with applicable regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001).

You possess strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

You speak English fluently.
