• Significant experience in property management or construction management industry.
• Experience of developing, implementing, and managing H&S policies.

• Provide competent H&S advice on a day-to-day basis.
• Collaborate with the Group Head of H&S to develop and implement the H&S strategy.
• Ensure high standards of H&S management are maintained across all services.
