Dale Farm Cooperative is seeking a Health & Safety professional to join our team at the Cookstown site with regular travel to Wrexham. You will support safety walks, risk assessments, training, and incident investigations across multiple sites in the UK and Ireland.

The role offers hybrid working, opportunities for development, and a benefits package including 25 days annual leave and a contributory pension. You will work closely with Group H&S and site teams to drive safety excellence.

Competenze

• NEBOSH General Certificate is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Carry out regular safety walks with supervisors and managers.
• Promote hazard reporting and positive safety behaviours.
• Support toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Assist in delivering safety campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide guidance to employees on basic safety procedures.
