A skincare industry leader in Aylesbury is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The role involves maintaining H&S documentation, conducting risk assessments, and providing hands-on support on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH certification and relevant experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. This role offers a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 along with generous benefits including flexible working and an annual performance bonus.

We are looking for an immediately available Health and Safety Officer to provide hands‑on support to the manufacturing site by maintaining health, safety, and environmental compliance standards. You will execute day‑to‑day safety tasks, ensure risk assessments remain current, and maintain audit readiness. This is a shop‑floor‑focused role designed to ensure our operations remain safe, legal, and efficient during this period.
