A prominent farming organisation is looking for a Health & Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with health policies. You will conduct audits, train staff, and promote a culture focused on safety. Ideal candidates will have experience in health and safety roles and ideally some agricultural knowledge. Competitive salary and generous benefits package offered.
Salary: circa £50,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
Location: Head office in Stoneleigh, Warwickshire with regular travel to regional office sites.
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent

To lead the organisation’s health and safety agenda, ensuring compliance with statutory duties and promoting a culture of safety, wellbeing and proactive risk management. The role covers both headquarters‑based office environments and a regional workforce, requiring both office‑based working and travel across the country. Duties will include auditing, creating suitable documentation, training staff in required processes/procedures, ensuring Health, Safety and Wellbeing policies are followed worldwide, and managing health and safety‑related procurement and budgets.
