Health & Safety Manager role in Newhall, Derbyshire, for a well-established provider of high-quality modular building solutions. The role offers a salary of up to £65,000 plus company vehicle.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits across sites and additional visits as required
  • Review and update health and safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments
  • Carry out risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
  • Deliver training and guidance to managers and teams
  • Report H&S performance and make recommendations to leadership
  • Support continuous improvement and embed best practice across the business
Required Skills & Experience
  • Experience in a Health & Safety managerial role
  • Degree in Safety Management, NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualifications
  • Proven experience in construction, modular building, or similar sectors
  • Strong knowledge of legislation and H&S best practice
  • Full UK driving licence as travel to sites will be required
