Ideal candidates will be NEBOSH-qualified with construction/M&E exposure, strong influencing skills, and a proactive mindset to contribute ideas as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, M&E, fit out or commercial projects.
• Ability to lead and influence across multiple sites.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health & Safety strategy across commercial London projects.
• Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Support project teams in maintaining best practice and compliance.
• Review and improve safety policies, procedures and systems.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver training and toolbox talks to promote a positive safety culture.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to grow the H&S department.
