A leading agricultural organization in the UK is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to lead compliance efforts, promote a culture of safety, and manage health-related budgets. Candidates should be passionate about safety, hold NEBOSH certification, and preferably possess CMIOSH status. This role is based in Stoneleigh with travel required. Salary: circa £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
Location: the role is based at our head office in Stoneleigh Warwickshire with regular travel to our regional office sites.
Working Hours: 35 hours per week

To lead the organisation’s health and safety agenda, ensuring compliance with statutory duties and promoting a culture of safety, wellbeing, and proactive risk management. This role covers both headquarters-based office environments and a regional workforce; and as such both some office-based working and travel, spending time out with our regional teams across the country, will be needed. Duties will include auditing, creating suitable documentation, training staff in required processes / procedures, and ensuring our Health, Safety and Wellbeing policies are followed around the country. The postholder will also be responsible for managing health and safety-related procurement and budgets.
