A leading logistics company in Northampton is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to oversee QHSE functions and ensure a safe workplace. The role involves compliance with legislation, staff training, and advising management on safety matters. Ideal candidates have NEBOSH General or NVQ level 3 and strong experience in similar roles. Here at GXO, we are looking for a Health & Safety Manager to join us on our Carlsberg contract in Northampton. As a member of the Site Senior Management Team, you will oversee the site’s QHSE function, providing expert advice and support on all aspects of health, safety, environment, ESG and engagement objectives. Implement, maintain, and manage systems to ensure a safe and compliant workplace for all staff, visitors, agency workers, and contractors. Promote and drive a safety culture to assist in the delivery of Road to Zero
You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, primarily working Monday to Friday, 08:00 -16:00. However, some flexibility is required, due to the nature of the role. This is logistics after all!
