Key Responsibilities
  • Lead health & safety strategy ensuring full compliance with UK legislation, including WEEE and HSE standards
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations
  • Develop and maintain safe systems of work and COSHH compliance
  • Deliver engaging training and health surveillance programmes
  • Liaise with regulators and maintain up-to-date HSE policies
What We're Looking For
  • NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma (preferred)
  • 3-5 years\' experience in health and safety management within technical, waste, or industrial sectors
  • Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation including RIDDOR, PUWER, and COSHH
  • Confident communicator capable of fostering a safety-first culture
