Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking a Health & Safety Manager to join a leading heavy manufacturing business. You will own standards, compliance and assurance, partnering with operations to strengthen risk management and embed accountability across the site.

You will lead HSE programmes, drive governance improvements and deliver robust audits, with NEBOSH qualifications and strong leadership as essential requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum NEBOSH General Certificate; Diploma preferred.
• Experience in HSE management, auditing, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement in high-risk manufacturing.

Responsibilities

This Health & Safety Manager role provides the opportunity to join a leading heavy manufacturing business and play a key role in driving safety excellence within a high-risk operational environment. As a Health & Safety Manager, you will take ownership of standards, compliance, and assurance, working closely with operational leaders to strengthen risk management, improve performance, and embed a culture of accountability.
