Brook Street Recruitment is proud to partner with our Belfast-based client to recruit an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager . This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in shaping and embedding a proactive safety culture across the organisation.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll work closely with the Senior Management Team and external EHS advisors to ensure full compliance with UK legislation, ISO standards, and best practice. This is a hands-on, influential role where you'll develop policies, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement to protect people, operations, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies to ensure compliance and promote a positive safety culture.
  • Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement effective control measures.
