Job summary

Citation Professional Solutions is seeking a Health & Safety Consultant to safeguard client teams and embed best-practice management. You will lead policy creation, deliver training, and advise on regulatory compliance while developing strong, trust-based client relationships.

The role involves travelling to client sites, applying your NEBOSH and IOSH credentials, and staying ahead of changing safety legislation to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Cert IOSH or working toward Chartered status.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel to client sites with a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced H&S policies for clients.
• Deliver impactful trainings to raise safety standards.
• Advise clients on best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Build lasting client relationships as the trusted advisor.
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes and guide clients accordingly.
