Job summary

Hi-Tech Property Services is an established commercial property maintenance, compliance and refurbishment contractor supporting multi-site customers across the UK. Qualifications

• Interest in health and safety and the built environment
• Strong organisation, accuracy and written communication
• Confidence asking questions and following up actions
• Practical, professional and curious approach
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and digital systems
• Eligible for the relevant apprenticeship programme.

• Help maintain training, equipment and compliance information.

• Support accident, near-miss and corrective-action processes.

Job description

Combine structured apprenticeship learning with real workplace experience supporting inspections, records, risk controls, training and continual improvement.

Apprentice salary to be confirmed 40 hours per week Full-time, permanent

You’ll be joining a business with recognised accreditations including NICEIC, Gas Safe, F-Gas, Constructionline and ISO certifications. More importantly, you’ll be joining teams that take ownership of work from the first instruction through to completion.
