The project requires a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to lead and be accountable for the health and safety on the project, ensuring all individuals are provided with appropriate leadership and support.
You will establish and provide leadership in best practice in safety, health and sustainability matters on the project and advise and support Directors, Managers and Supervisors to discharge their health and safety responsibilities regarding their employees and others to whom they have a duty as defined by legislation and HOCHTIEF (UK) procedures.
Within the role, you will be responsible for monitoring and carrying out surveillance, regular inspections and audits of sites and workplaces to determine whether work is being carried out in accordance with HTUK policy, procedures and the relevant statutory provisions.
