- Package : £60 000 - £65 000 p / a + benefits

What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and evolving the health, safety and wellbeing strategy across the business
- Embedding a proactive, people-first approach that goes beyond compliance
- Leading risk assessments, audits, investigations and emergency readiness
- Driving continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and practical action plans
- Designing and delivering wellbeing initiatives covering physical, mental and emotional health
- Coordinating company-wide campaigns, events and awareness programmes throughout the year
- Working closely with People, Workplace, Comms and leadership teams to shape culture
- Using data and insights to measure impact and refine wellbeing initiatives
- Championing safety and wellbeing as a core part of the employee experience and EVP
Main Skills Needed
Main Skills Needed :
- NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) in Health & Safety
- Solid background in health and safety leadership, ideally with a wellbeing focus
- Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and best practice
- Experience building and running wellbeing programmes in a corporate environment
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
- Passion for mental health, inclusion and creating positive workplace culture
