A leading recycling company in the UK is seeking a Health, Safety and Quality Manager to oversee compliance with major ISO standards and lead initiatives across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will possess a NEBOSH General Certificate, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to promoting a positive safety culture. Reporting to the head of department, you will be responsible for supporting with the management and development of the company’s integrated management system and ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory and ISO requirements. You’ll lead initiatives to strengthen health, safety and quality performance, providing strategic direction and operational leadership to managers, supervisors and employees across all sites in England and Wales.
You will play a key role in implementing the company’s QHS strategy, developing and delivering engaging training, toolbox talks and safety communications, and promoting a positive, accountable safety culture at all levels of the organisation.
NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards).
Lead Auditor qualification or equivalent.
Experience managing multi-site operations.
