The Health & Safety and Facilities Advisor role is an exciting and vital position within our Operations team, based at our London warehouse. You will play a key role in supporting the team’s understanding of their health and safety responsibilities, while also providing oversight of basic environmental considerations. In addition, you will take ownership of the physical workspace, managing facilities to ensure the warehouse remains a well maintained, compliant and efficient environment for the team to operate in.
You will act as the subject matter lead, influencing key stakeholders at every level, from operations associates to key stakeholders, to drive a genuine ‘safety first’ mindset. This is a great opportunity for an experienced H&S professional looking to develop their career and make a tangible impact during an exciting time of growth at Monica Vinader.
You will bring deep technical expertise and a proactive mindset to ensure our operations are safe, compliant, and efficient. Your role is a blend of hands‑on operational support, strategic policy development and cross‑functional influence.
