Health, Safety and Environment Advisor

You’ll be part of a supportive HSE team that works across a COMAH-regulated site, giving you exposure to a wide range of activities and the chance to develop your skills further. Working closely with the Health, Safety and Environment Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards, supporting safety initiatives and helping to drive continuous improvement across the site.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting site teams with day‑to‑day health and safety tasks, helping ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Assisting in audits, risk assessments, toolbox talks and safety inspections
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues on safe working practices
  • Helping to maintain and update safety and environmental management systems
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, engineering or process‑driven environment, ideally with exposure to high‑risk or COMAH operations
  • A practical, hands‑on approach, comfortable being out on the shop floor and engaging with teams at all levels
  • A genuine interest in developing your career within a respected business that values professional growth and ongoing improvement
  • NEBOSH General or equivalent professional qualification
