College based role - 36 hours per week. Salary: £36,515 - £40,236

I'm recruiting for a Health, Safety and Compliance Manager to join a well-established college in Manchester. This is a key role responsible for creating and maintaining a safe environment for staff, students, visitors, and contractors, while managing the college's soft facilities.

The Role

The successful candidate will implement a sensible, risk-based approach to health and safety management. The focus will be on promoting risk awareness rather than unnecessary risk avoidance, ensuring that the college maintains a safe and compliant learning environment. You will also manage soft facilities services across the college.

  • Experience in managing compliance and facilities in an educational or similar environment is desirable
