Qualifications

• Essential SMSTS and CSCS Card for this role.
• NEBOSH qualification required.
• Experience in health & safety roles within construction or civil engineering.
• Full UK Driving Licence needed for travel between sites.
• IT literacy is a must.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety compliance.
• Prepare and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Support the investigation of incidents and near misses.
• Deliver health & safety briefings and toolbox talks to site personnel.
• Ensure health and safety legislation is followed across projects.
• Provide guidance to site managers on safety practices.
