Monday - Friday - Dungannon - Permanent

Your Role

As a Health & Safety Officer, you'll be instrumental in ensuring health and safety policies not only comply with legal requirements but also foster a culture of well-being across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice and support to managers, supervisors, and staff on all health & safety matters.
  • Carrying out risk assessments, workplace inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring timely corrective actions.
  • Leading internal audits and supporting external compliance audits.
  • Developing and implementing health & safety policies in line with current legislation.
  • Delivering internal training sessions and coordinating external training providers.
  • Preparing reports and maintaining accurate H&S records and documentation.
What We're Looking For

We're looking for a confident, detail-oriented professional with a proactive approach and a passion for maintaining high safety standards.

Essential:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Relevant training qualification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or strong demonstrable knowledge of H&S practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
