Qualifications

• Experience in a Health & Safety Advisor role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• NEBOSH Certificate (or currently working towards).
• Understanding of ISO 45001 and safety management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Promote a Zero Harm culture by encouraging safe behaviours.
• Attend and support EHS meetings to share best practices.
• Maintain and analyse EHS data systems and incident reports.
• Support incident investigations and audits.
• Collaborate with line managers on risk assessments.
