• Experience in a similar Health & Safety role.
• Experience in risk assessment development and implementation of safe working procedures.
• Qualification in training delivery or demonstrable experience providing training.
• Flexibility to travel between sites across Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of organization's growth strategy and promote safety culture.
• Work closely with teams for effective risk assessment.
• Complete depot compliance audits and maintain health & safety documentation.
• Review and update risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Deliver training sessions to support risk reduction.
