The Role
  • Supporting health & safety across regional residential construction projects
  • Carrying out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
  • Assisting with RAMS, method statements, and safe systems of work
  • Working closely with site teams to promote best practice and compliance
  • Supporting incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Acting as a point of contact for health & safety advice across the business
About You
  • Previous experience in a Health & Safety role within construction (residential experience preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of H&S legislation and site–based practices
  • Confident communicator, able to engage positively with site teams
  • NEBOSH–qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proactive, organised, and keen to develop further under strong mentorship
